On-Site Design Consultation - California

A private two-hour on-site consultation at your California event location, designed to experience the space firsthand and begin shaping your event around the venue itself.
During the consultation, we review the venue, spatial possibilities, guest flow, production requirements, logistics, and overall creative direction. When appropriate, the session may also include discussion with venue or event representatives.
Following the on-site consultation, we develop an initial event concept based on your vision and the possibilities of the location.
If you move forward with us and sign an event production agreement, the full $4,999 consultation fee will be applied toward your contracted event services. If you choose not to proceed, the consultation fee remains the fee for the completed consultation and is non-refundable.
